Exchange only at the discretion of Tome. No refunds unless required by law. All sales are final.
For international orders placed online, unless otherwise requested, tracking will not be provided. If you wish to track your shipment, an additional charge will be incurred. Please contact email@example.com upon placing your order with the order # provided to make these changes.

In the event that the customer requests an exchange for any reason any than outlined above, we will consider an exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase provided that all items are unworn and/or are in their original condition with labels/tickets attached or in their original packaging.
Should you wish to exchange the item for an alternative size or color, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to check stock availability and if item happens to be sold out we will discuss issuing you a store credit. This is at the discretion of Tome.
Refunds (if applicable)
In the instance we cannot offer an exchange (i.e. being out of their size etc) then we will offer a refund after review. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund. If you are approved for an exchange you will be contacted to discuss your options.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
HOW SAFE IS THE TOME ONLINE SHOP?
We are a secure site operating through Shopify. TOME uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
